The INTERNATIONAL MERIT SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION, INC. (IMSFI) is a non-profit organization founded by a group of Filipinos who are based in the United States of America and in the Republic of the Philippines. IMSFI is built on a foundation of experience and diverse backgrounds and is dedicated to providing Filipino students with both funding and guidance to help them further their post-secondary education.

IMSFI aims to promote academic excellence and to provide an opportunity for outstanding students with significant financial need to reach their fullest potential.

The founders of IMSFI strongly believe in developing the future generation of Filipino leaders .
