Dear Friends and Kababayans,

We are a newly-established foundation working to further the education of young financially disadvantaged Filipinos. Our vision: to uplift the lives of the next generation of Filipinos through education and training. We partner with post-secondary educational institutions, bridging the economic gap for these deserving students to complete their studies. Our biggest motivating factor in seeing these individuals succeed is our own desire to give back to the country that reared us.

Our first awards have been granted to two exceptional students for the 2006 academic year. Applications are evaluated based on their educational excellence, motivation to succeed and financial background. All submitted applications are investigated to ensure that the applicants meet the Foundation's requirements.

As we rely entirely on membership fees, members' annual dues, donations and fundraising events to finance this great mission, may we invite you and your family to become members of our organization. Our one-time membership fee is $50.00 per member and our yearly membership dues is only $25.00.

In the event that you are not prepared to join us now, may we ask you to donate to our cause? Any donations to the Foundation will be tax-deductible. Proper receipts bearing our Tax Identification Number will be sent to you. Any amount you are comfortable with will be greatly appreciated and will certainly bring us closer to fulfilling our goal. The pride and joy of being able to help our financially challenged youth is heart-warming and priceless.
