I checked this book out of my local library and while reading through it, I discovered that a doctor was listed in my area (now in Colorado) Lucky for me she was still running a practice- I made an appointment and my whole life has changed as a result of this book and the hardcore effort I've put in to reviving my health. Steps that people took to do the same are found in the book.
